Pickle Jam is Less than Two Weeks Away…

A few updates about the event….

Ever heard of Spec Tennis? It’s played on a pickleball court with unique equipment. The paddle is made with a high density core (compared to a tennis racquet) with holes to make it easier to swing. The ball is an orange dot low compression tennis ball that bounces much more than a pickleball and less than a tennis ball.

We will have two sets of four paddles each so you can try doubles spec tennis during specific times.

NOTE: We will be cheating a bit and playing it with pickleball scoring and pickleball rules–no stepping in the kitchen on a volley.

The Buenos Aires food truck will be at the venue on Friday. Each Pickle Jam participant will get a ticket good for lunch or dinner. They offer a yummy taste of Argentina!

We have added a few time slots during non-peak times for singles play on a few courts for those who want to give it a try. Of course, if courts are open at non-singles time and you want to play singles, feel free to grab a court and play a game.

We are fine tuning the schedule. Click here to see the latest.
